Project Planning
We start with learning what you want to achieve from your build. By understanding your motivations for an extension we can offer our expert advice and help you to make key decisions that will influence the overall design, planning schedule, and costs. On our survey visits, we’ll look at the existing footprint of your home and the flow through rooms, identify potential constraints, and discuss design ideas.

Design
Once the full scope of your project has been agreed we’ll work with an architect to develop a design for your home. This may include a structural and drainage survey as well as electrical and heating plans to ensure all factors are accounted for at this early stage of your project. We’ll also discuss the finishes, fixtures and fittings available.
The design drawings will be used to obtain planning permission where needed and will be reviewed throughout the build to ensure compliance and that our highest quality standards are upheld.
If you already have plans in place, we will collaborate with your architect and offer our advice and project management service, as well as the build of your project.

The Build
A timeline for your project will be agreed and we’ll commence the build of your home extension. Every aspect will be included, from groundworks, glazing and roofing, to electrics, heating and internal finishing. We understand building work can cause disruption and stress so we’re focused on making your project run as smoothly as possible, coordinating all trades so that we’re keeping to agreed schedules.
We’ll liaise with building control to ensure different stages are approved for building regulations and keep you fully informed of our progress.

Once your build is complete, we’ll ensure your home is fully ready for your finishing touches, removing all waste and providing a move-in ready finish.
